Exhibition:  Café Gallery, Aberystwyth Arts Centre I am excited to be showing work alongside my friend and fellow printmaker Marian Haf at the Café Gallery at Aberystwyth Arts Centre. Marian creates beautiful collagraphs that draw inspiration from past and present stories, echoed and resounding through the songs of previous generations. She inks intaglio, resulting in a soft tonal depth punctuated by sharp lines, and often includes elements of gold leaf in her work. The works

As a member of Aberystwyth Printmakers, I was invited to take part in an exciting new art, science and humanities collaborative project with the theme of the seashore, focused on the local area of coastline in Mid Wales. The project would be run and organised by Aberystwyth Printmakers in partnership with the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences (IBERS), The University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies, and the University of Lincoln.  

Here you’ll find updates on exhibitions of my work and any projects I’m involved in, as well as insights into my processes and the ideas and inspiration behind my work. Although it doesn’t always come easily to me, I love the process of writing – it helps to clarify my thoughts and consider my process, and it can be deeply rewarding.
